In today’s economy, the cost of opportunity keeps rising while access to essential career resources is shrinking. Recent changes in public funding have made it harder—especially for minority and underserved communities—to access the certifications, training, and tools needed to thrive.
At Empower House, we’re stepping in where systems have stepped back.
We believe hard work, talent, and determination should never be limited by access.
That’s why we invest in people—providing Empower Kits, micro-grants, and career resources that open doors, remove barriers, and build pathways to success.

Empower House serves young adults, ages 18 to 35, who are women or minorities, ensuring their future is built on a foundation of opportunity, support, and growth. How We Create Impact
We believe that meaningful change happens when we meet people where they are. Our programs turn ambition into action:
Empower Kits provides tools, training, and certifications to jump-start careers in business, tech, culinary arts, and more.
Access Passes remove financial barriers by covering licensing fees, test prep, and membership dues for professionals looking to advance.
The Food is Love Series brings communities together through cultural tasting events, giving upcoming chefs a platform to showcase their talents while fostering connection and understanding.

Our Founder
Brittany Whitlock built her career working with brands like Warner Brothers and Martha Stewart before branching out to launch her own business—Big Mood Digital. Through her agency, she’s worked with everyone from local startups to major organizations like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Strong4Life initiative.
What truly inspired Empower House was a deeper drive: the belief that everyone deserves equitable access to opportunities—without unnecessary barriers, whether at work or in the community.
Empower House was created to turn that belief into action.
It’s about sparking progress—through movement, opportunity, and community. We meet people where they are and help them move forward with purpose.
